Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / On 3 December, the first licensed agreement in the field of application of nanotechnologies in Azerbaijan was signed in Frankfurt within the framwork of the German-Azerbaijani business forum. Azerbaijani Caspian Investment Centre and German Percenta AG signed the contract.
The document was undersigned by the head of Caspian Investment Centre, Elshan Musayev, and the head of Percenta AG, Jorg-Owe Schneppat.
The agreement is assessed at €300,000, Caspian Investment Centre reported.
Nano products are intended to provide durable protection to products through unique and many-functional covering created through chemical nanotechnologies. Nanotechnologies will be primarily introduced in Azerbaijan in the oil, construction and transport fields.
