The State Department on Radio Frequencies of the Communications and IT Ministry decided to give frequencies to 18 enterprises and organizations, the department said.
The department said that the department plans to examine 9 enterprises for giving them frequencies shortly.
One enterprise's frequencies were withdrawn due to its irrational use upon the department's decision.
The state commission for radio frequencies controls over registration and exploitation of radio electronic equipment.
According to the department, exploitation of the equipment designed for civil use and operating at different frequencies (from 0.3 watt at the frequency up to 1 GHz and capacity of 0.03 at frequencies more than 1 GHz) must be agreed with the ministry and registered in the ministry.
The corresponding measures will be taken towards people violating terms of radio electronic means use upon the Azerbaijani legislation.
