Works on two phases of project of implementation bank control system in CBA completed

Azerbaijani IT Company Sinam completed works on the second phase of the project of implementation of information systems on management over bank control in the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the company said.

Works on the first two phases included the introduction of reporting generation system, including the possibility of building various graphical forms, as well as integration with the FinA system previously used in the bank and email archiving and management, which allowed a much more careful use of disk space of e-mail server, and manage archival data.

Overall, the project includes five phases, and today the company has launched the third and fourth phases, which is scheduled to end by late 2010.

The third stage opens the application, where the management of banking organizations, as well as non-banking credit organizations, is conducted. At this stage, it's envisaged to hold automatic updating of documents, passing system of circulation of documents inside the bank, as well as input and analysis of all the information needed for management.

The fourth phase covers the system of management of projects, which are underway in the Central Bank. This system is connected to system of circulation of documents.

The fifth stage includes circulation of documents, where scanning and recognition of incoming documents, connecting them to the appropriate business process and lifecycle is available. Recognition of incoming documents will allow conducting contextual search through the contents of the document.
