The call center of the Azerbaijani mobile operator Bakcell handles roughly 10,000 inquiries a day from its subscribers, the acting head of Bakcell's department for services Irina Shadskaya said.

The call center of the Azerbaijani mobile operator Bakcell handles roughly 10,000 inquiries a day from its subscribers, the acting head of Bakcell's department for services Irina Shadskaya said.

Shadskaya said that currently the call center employs 94 people who handle incoming customer requests. On average, they spend 1-1.3 minutes for each subscriber.

The call center specialists render both information and technical services.
