Azerbaijan included in list of countries most affected by Web attacks in 2010

Azerbaijan was included in the list of 20 countries whose users faced virus attacks most often, Kaspersky Lab said.
According to the company, the percent of Kaspersky Security Network application users who faced such attacks was calculated to compare the risk of potential contamination in different countries.
The level of virus attacks in Azerbaijan was 41 percent last year.
In Russia, every second user faced Web-attacks - 53.7 percent, the United States - 46.1 percent, Belarus - 48 percent, Kazakhstan - 43.2 percent, Ukraine - 42.6 percent, and Turkmenistan - 40 percent.
Iraq leads the list at 61.8 percent.
According to the indicator, relatively safe countries are Germany, Japan, Austria and Norway. Their indicators vary from 19 to 20.8 percent.
The countries with the highest level of protection are Japan, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria and Switzerland, whose indicators vary between 8.6 to 10.1 percent.
