By joining HedsizCIN campaign, subscribers can talk to all directions within Azerbaijan for 6 qepicks per minute only. To join the campaign, subscribers should dial *999#1# from mobile phones and enjoy quality communication for a minimum charge.
In addition to HedsizCIN and QazanCIN campaigns Bakcell has recently launched "Summer Nights" campaign offering CIN Subscribers free on-net talk between 12:00 am and 8:00 am during the hot summer nights.
