Uzbekistan has started to use the resources of Azerbaijan’s AzerSky low-Earth-orbit satellite, a source in the country’s satellite communications market told Trend.
Prospective directions of cooperation between the two countries in the satellite communications sphere have been recently discussed, according to the source.
“Details of cooperation cannot be made public due to confidentiality issues,” the source said.
AzerSky satellite is capable of collecting imagery of up to 1.5-meter resolution.
