All structural units of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan will be integrated into a single reference service "155", a source in the telecommunications market of the country told Trend.
The source said the service is currently processing requests of citizens (in Azerbaijani, Russian and English language) related to the tourist services rendered by Shebeke Travel Services, as well as telephone communication, internet, postal and financial services.
It is possible to contact the "155" call-center regarding the services offered by "Baku Telephone Communication" LLC, Aztelekom LLC, Azerpoct LLC, the Information Computing Center under the Ministry, AzEuroTel LLC, Azdatacom network, Az.net segment and Bakinternet provider company.
In addition, it has also been planned for the next stage to increase the range of services and to provide services for ordering food, taxi, providing information about restaurants, theaters and sports events, ordering tickets, etc. through the call-center.
