He added that the third acceleration program is currently underway, within which 38 projects have been selected.

"In order to ensure the full functioning of the startup ecosystem, a very important law "On Venture Financing" was adopted in July this year. It defines the norms for venture investments and creates conditions for simplifying the visa and labor regimes for foreign participants of Astana Hub," Abayev said.

The minister also noted that this measure is necessary to attract foreign residents and experts and for their comfortable stay in Kazakhstan.

"Tax preferences for the technological park participants in the form of simplified taxation are also being worked out," he added.

The main mission of the Astana Hub is to develop a startup culture and support high-tech projects for strengthening Kazakhstan's economy. Astana Hub is being developed in close cooperation with the Kazakh Ministry of Information and Communications and Zerde National Information and Communications Holding as part of the "Digital Kazakhstan" program.
