The gaming industry in Azerbaijan is successfully developing and in the future, the country can make new achievements in the field of game development, Director of Azerbaijan’s AzDimension Company Farid Hagverdiyev told Trend.
According to Hagverdiyev, AzDimension has developed the ‘The Last Dead end’ game, which on December 25, 2020 will be presented simultaneously on modern game consoles.
"This is a real breakthrough for Azerbaijan’s gaming industry," he said.
Besides, according to Adil Aliyev, a software development engineer at Amazon, demand for programming is great both in the world and in Azerbaijan.
"Those countries where the ICT sector is quite developed, the payment for software solutions is quite high," noted Aliyev.
"Programming is still at a development stage in Azerbaijan. This industry in our country hasn’t yet reached the indicators that were recorded in some developed countries. It’s much easier to become a programmer in Azerbaijan than, for example, in Canada or Korea, based on those requirements and tasks, as well as the development of this industry in the country," Aliyev said.
