Azerbaijani citizens can obtain credit, insurance, and other services by transferring their personal data to organizations providing them within the ASAN Finance project by indicating the PIN codes of their ID cards, the Center for Electronic Government Development told Trend.
According to the center, this kind of digitalization will spare these organizations from the paperwork and speed up the service delivery.
"In 2020, more than 1.5 million applications of citizens were registered through the ASAN Finance system, which means saving the same amount of paper documents," the center said.
In order to use the services of ASAN Finance, citizens don’t need to additionally register in any system of credit, insurance, and other organizations.
"When using the services of organizations integrated into the ASAN Finance system, the user only needs to provide the operator with the PIN-code of his/her identity card," noted the center.
For the aim to apply the most advanced experience, all innovations are deeply studied in Azerbaijan. The experience of countries that are leaders in building e-government is being studied, best practices are acquired in new projects, and the best hybrid models for the country are being created.
Besides, the center's relevant departments on data analysis (Data laboratory), data collection and processing (data engineering), construction of mathematical algorithms, and problem-solving (machine learning) carry out various studies.
