Azerbaijan's Nar mobile operator to continue upgrading its sale, service centers in 2022

Azerbaijani Nar mobile operator will continue upgrading its sale and customer service centers in 2022, the press service of the company told Trend on Nov. 2.

According to the press service, Nar strives to provide its customers with the most advanced sale experience and excellent service by constant upgrading of its sale and service centers.

"Nar dealer and service centers throughout the country are being modernized in accordance with the new concept. Recently, we have completely modernized 24 sales and customer service centers, 11 of which are located in Baku, and 13 - in the regions. The new concept is being applied throughout the country, and work in this direction will be continued next year as well," the press service said.

Besides, the mobile operator prepares its proposals based on the needs of customers in order to provide an affordable and high-quality service.

"Currently, we're offering the 'Unikal' tariff to our subscribers, which allows them to hold phone talks in all directions within the country at a single price. In accordance with the needs of customers, we offer a number of lines of Internet packages of various sizes," the company said.

Moreover, Nar offers 'FULL' tariff for customers who want to receive Internet and call services in one package.

"This tariff line includes minutes within the country, a large volume of Internet traffic and other bonuses. Another important element in our customer focus strategy is our Nar + application, which allows the subscribers to perform many important transactions without contacting our company's support service," stressed the press service.
