The share of the Google Chrome internet browser in the Azerbaijani market increased by 13.35 percent in 2021 compared to 2020, Trend reports on Jan. 6 citing the GlobalStats report.
Chrome was the most popular browser among Azerbaijani users in 2021 with a market share of 77.87 percent.
The share of the Safari browser on the Azerbaijani market decreased by 7.88 percentage points for the year, amounting to 9.95 percent.
Meanwhile, the share of Samsung internet browser increased by 1.55 percentage points in 2021 compared to 2020, amounting to 4.91 percent.
The market share of the Opera browser slightly increased by 1.71 percent in 2021, making up 3.73 percent as of early 2022.
The share of Yandex Browser in the Azerbaijani market amounted to 1.21 percent, other internet browsers – 2.31 percent.
