BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 10. The number of blocked ‘intruders’ in the Azerbaijan State Network (AzStateNet) from January through May 2022 amounted to 108,671, the Computer Emergency Response Center (CERT) under the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of Azerbaijan told Trend.
“The number of ‘intruders’ blocked (based on URLs) settled at 33,225, the centralized anti-virus system (CAS) – 17,627, and the so-called sandbox (a specially isolated environment for the safe execution of computer programs) – 57,819,” the CERT said.
In 2021, the number of blocked ‘intruders’ based on URL addresses in the Azerbaijani AzStateNet network amounted to 38,636, the CAS - 31,421, and sandbox – 35,788.
AzStateNet is a set of geographically distributed networks and access servers belonging to government organizations.
