Elcell service offers all their new subscribers who will subscribe till the end of 2006 to buy a six month unlimited package at the speed of 28/128 kbps for 299 AZN. If they do that, they will save 235 AZN, Trend reports referring to a message spread by the Company.

In September, 2006, Elcell presented five new unlimited Internet packages to its subscribers

The dialing speed in the packages presented varies between 62kbps to 1 MB/sec. The price of the package is 49 AZN and higher.

Datacell LLC announced commencing its commercial work on Elcell wireless broadband mobile internet service in Azerbaijan starting from December 1, 2005.

Elcell Internet is a service of wireless broadband Internet. A telephone channel is not needed for work in the Global Network. Elcell service works on the basis of American ArrayComm iBurst and Japan KYOCERA technology.

The mobile rapid Internet service is available for the population of Baku all micro districts, such Baku suburbs like Khirdalan, Bilajari, Mashtaga, Mardakan, Bilgakh, Buzovna, Nardaran, Shuvalan, as well as other populated areas of the Absheron Peninsula.
