Namin Municipality in Iran’s north western Ardabil province intends to hold an international tender to attract investment for commissioning and operating air balloons, within investment and operation contract.
Project description: Attracting the private sector investor to commission and operate recreational air balloons at a height of 300 meters.
Municipality obligations: Land delivery, providing required licenses and preparing a topographic map.
Investor obligations: Implementing and providing all the costs of commissioning, supplying and justifying the project as well as supplying and installing the required devices and equipment.
Participation method or share rate percentage of the parties: Based on the official judicial expert’s opinion, to the amount of financial and non-financial contributions of the parties.
Interested parties are invited to submit their plans and offers to the secretariat of the municipality no later than Monday, May 21, 2018.
