Turkmenistan's Turkmen Deniz Derya Yollary Agency (Turkmen Sea and River Transportation) Agency has opened a tender for the reconstruction (design and construction) of two sea oil loading piers of Kenar terminal of the International Sea Port of Turkmenbashi.
