JSC UzAuto Motors has established specialized management companies (with 100 percent participation of Uzavtosanoat) in its structure in the form of limited liability companies, representative of Uzavtosanoat told Trend.
They were established in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan on measures to improve the effectiveness of agricultural engineering organizations from July 8, 2020.
"The enterprises of the industry are united in separate specialized profile groups with creation over them of four management companies (passenger cars, commercial cars, auto components and non-core assets), which will lead to better cooperation and increase in production, sales and cost optimization," the report says.
JSC UzAuto Motors studied the experience of world leaders in the automotive industry (Volkswagen, General Motors, Daimler, etc.), according to which the greatest efficiency of the production enterprise is achieved through a narrow specialization based on labor productivity and staff efficiency.
