BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 22. The number of passengers transported through Iranian airports increased by 36 percent, during the first seven months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through October 22, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
According to the statistics, more than 20.4 million passengers were transported through Iranian airports in 7 months.
Meanwhile, in the same period of last Iranian year, the figure stood at over 15 million.
