BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 18. The number of passengers transported via Iranian airports domestically, fell by 7 percent in the first seven months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through October 22, 2023), compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
Data from Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC) shows that over 17.3 million passengers were transported domestically via the country’s airports in 7 months.
Meanwhile, in the same period last Iranian year, the figure exceeded 18.6 million.
