It is impossible for Kazakhstan to t ransfer land to China, but speculation on this subject will continue, Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov was quoted by Novosti-Kazakhstan news agency.
"I declare with full responsibility that there is no secret program on land transfer to China," Kazakh Prime Minister said.
