The Constitution is a major success for Kazakhstan, President Nursultan Nazarbayev stated, making key remarks at the opening of a military parade in Astana on Constitution Day.
"The Constitution is the foundation of Kazakhstan's successful way in the twenty-first century - it is the creation of a unified people's will," said Nazarbayev.
He said that the country could achieve a lot thanks to the civic unity and social consent.
"We have been committed and will be committed to the core values of the Constitution", said Nazarbayev.
This morning on the main square of Kazakhstan's capital, Astana, the military parade began at the monument "Kazakh Eli", attended by the country's President and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
