Air Astana to launch flights to Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh

Kazakh air company "Air Astana" will launch flights to Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh in 2012, CA-NEWS reported according to the press service of company.

"The new flight to Hong Kong is planned since the beginning of 2012, and the winter season flight to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam is by the end of 2012. Boeing - 757/767 planes will be operated on these routes," the company said.

The flights Almaty-Hong Kong will be operated twice a week in February 2012. The winter season route Almaty-Ho Chi Minh will be launched in October 2012.

The company plans to increase the frequency of Almaty- Bangkok, Almaty-Delhi, Almaty-Kuala-Lumpur flights starting from December 2011. The frequency of Almaty- Bangkok flight will be increased 5 times per week, Almaty-Delhi - 4 times and Almaty-Kuala-Lumpur - 3 times.

"The aircraft fleet of "Air Astana" consists of 25 planes, which are B767-300, Â757-200, À321, À320, A-319, E-190 and F50. "Air Astana" operates 22 domestic and 27 international flights," the company said.
