Kazakhstan to implement two projects in Qyzyljar special economic zone

BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 25. Kazakhstan plans to construct a printing ink manufacturing plant on the territory of the «Qyzyljar» special economic zone, Trend reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of Kazakhstan.

The approximate cost of the project is 5.47 billion Kazakh tenge ($11.87 million). It is expected that 65 workplaces will be created as a result of the implementation of the project.

Another project to be implemented in Qyzyljar is the launch of packaging production. It is expected that 5 billion Kazakh tenge ($10.85 million) will be invested by a private investor for the implementation of the project.

Additionally, 70 people will be employed at the enterprise, upon the completion of the project.

«Qyzyljar» special economic zone is one of the 13 zones operating in Kazakhstan. A special Economic Zone is a part of the territory of Kazakhstan, which has a special legal regime, with all the necessary infrastructure for work in priority activities.
