Breast cancer makes 15 percent of oncological diseases in Kyrgyzstan
Breast cancer makes 15 percent of all oncological diseases in Kyrgyzstan, Naken Kasiev, acting director of the National Oncology Center told journalists Friday, News Agency "24.kg" reported.
Today over 4 million women suffer from breast cancer around the world and over 1 million hear positive diagnosis every year.
"In Kyrgyzstan breast cancer is the second most wide-spread disease among women after skin cancer. We should launch more informative projects in this sphere in order to raise women's awareness about this illness," the doctor said.
