A Chief of Kyrgyzstan President's Administration has been appointed in the country. A corresponding decree has been signed by President of transition period Roza Otunbayeva, news agency "24.kg" reported.
According to the decree, the Chief of the President's administration has become Emilbek Kaptagaev. We remind that after the events of April 6-7, 2010 he had been an acting Chief of the Kyrgyz Interim Government's Office.
