New vice-mayor was appointed in the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan, 24.kg reported.
According to press service of the municipality, vice-mayor of Osh city Abdrakhman Zholdoshaliev was replaced by Dastan Hodzhaev. The latter was a head of Department for Organizational and Local Self-Administration in regional public administration of Osh region. Dastan Hodzhaev will be in charge of education, culture, youth policy and information work of the southern capital.
Abdrakhman Zholdoshaliev resigned due to transfer to another job.
It is worth noting that recently, heads of several settlements, including Jalal-Abad and Kara-Balta were replaced. Governor of Jalal-Abad province has also resigned. Politologists do not exclude that the personnel replacements were connected with upcoming presidential elections.
