In most cases, fault for lack of voters' names on voter lists lies with members of district election commissions, KyrTAG reports with reference to the Central Election Commission member Ishenbay Kadyrbekov on Sunday.
"A working group was created after the CEC received complaints about the fact that despite a number of citizens appealed before Oct.20 they could find their names on the voter lists. In total, about 50 complaints have been received on this matter. In 70-80 percent cases the working group found that voters could not find their names on the voter list because of the negligence of members of district election commissions, but rather because of their carelessness. We found the names of these voters when we re-watched the lists," Kadyrbekov said
