Kyrgyz lubricant prices up 30 tyins in a week

Prices for lubricants in Kyrgyzstan increased by 30 tyins within a week, the Economic Regulation Ministry of Kyrgyzstan reported.

"The prices for lubricants in the country's northern regions were increased by 30 tyins from November 15 to November 22. AI-92 gasoline prices have been increased from 36 som to 36.3 som per liter. AI-80 gasoline is sold for 33.2 som per liter compared to 32.9 som per liter just a week ago. The price for diesel fuel (winter one) has also been increased by 30 tyins up to 42.8 som per liter," the report said.

"The increase of prices for lubricants is explained by an increase of Russian oil refineries' gasoline and diesel fuel sale prices," said Zaynidin Jumaliyev, head of the Ministry's Northern Regional Division.

The official exchange rate on November 25 is 46.6949 KGS/USD.
