The concept of Kyrgyzstan's innovative development until 2020 was discussed during the round table in Bishkek, Kabar news agency reported on Sept. 5.
The representatives of industry enterprises, Kyrgyzstan's ministry of economy, ministry of energy and industry, ministry of education and science, The Chamber of Commerce and Industry attended the meeting.
The concept was developed and submitted to all involved parties for studying and making proposals on its improvement.
The issues of domestic technologies development, necessity of increasing the level of professional technical education were discussed during the meeting.
The participants also stressed the importance of granting tax preferences for the companies involved in introduction of new technologies.
Following the meeting the participants suggested to work on the issue of creating a working group to develop a single concept, which will include the development of science, innovation, and industry as well as development of further strategic documents with specific proposals.
