Rosneft suggests to form a Kyrgyz-Russian joint venture for creation of an air hub in Manas Airport, 24.kg news agency reported on October 24 citing the company's representatives.
Rosneft will control the venture and will invest $220-$300 million in its creation.
Manas International Airport OJSC will enter the venture with own shares, according to the Russian company.
Rosneft will also undertake the entrusted administration of the entire structure of Manas International Airport OJSC.
"We are ready to consider any proposals for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of other airports in the country," Rosneft's representative said.
