Avia Traffic is recognized as a dynamically developing airline in 2017. The award was presented to the company's Director General Alik Askarov by Vice Prime Minister Dayir Kenekeyev and Emir Chukuev, a representative of Manas International Airport, Kabar reports.
The ceremony of awarding the best air carriers of 2017 took place in Bishkek.
Last year Avia Traffic held 519 thousand flights, and also opened new flights Bishkek - Voronezh, Bishkek - Istanbul, Osh - Moscow.
Director General Alik Askarov said that since 2008 the company has increased and started to fly to Almaty, Dushanbe and Novosibirsk. Since 2010, the company started operating new aircraft, which allowed expanding the geography of flights to Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Urumqi.
He added that since 2011 Avia Traffic has expanded its fleet of aircrafts by acquiring new aircrafts, this has allowed to increase the number of destinations and to fly to Moscow and St. Petersburg.
