BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 21. Kyrgyzstan recorded a slight increase in gross international reserves in June 2022 compared to the previous month of this year, Trend reports with reference to the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.
The gross international reserves of Kyrgyzstan in June 2022 amounted to $2.6 billion, which is an increase of 4 percent compared to May 2022 ($2.5 billion).
Currently, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan's gross international reserves is made up of a portfolio of foreign currencies, special drawing rights (SDR), and assets in gold.
Meanwhile, Kyrgyzstan's currency portfolio of international reserves in 2021 included British Pound Sterling, US dollars, euros, Canadian dollars, Chinese Yuan, Russian rubles, and other currencies.
