BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 2022. Kyrgyzstan increased exports of petroleum products to Türkiye from January through July 2022, Trend reports with reference to the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the committee, Kyrgyzstan in the first 7 months of 2022 exported petroleum products to Türkiye worth $32 million, which is more than a fivefold increase over the same period in 2021 ($5.8 million).
During the reporting period, Kyrgyzstan also exported petroleum products to China ($10.3 million), Malta ($8.1 million), Belgium ($5.3 million), the Netherlands ($4.4 million) and to other countries.
Thus, the total income of Kyrgyzstan from the export of petroleum products in 7 months of this year amounted to $80.6 million, which is almost 2.5 times more than in the same period of last year ($33.2 million).
Overall, the value of Kyrgyz exports to Türkiye from January through July 2022 more than doubled compared to the corresponding period of last year ($39 million) - up to $80.4 million.
