BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. Georgia significantly increased re-export of cars to Kyrgyzstan from January through September 2022, Trend reports with reference to the National Statistics Office of Georgia.
According to statistics, the value of Georgia's re-export of cars to Kyrgyzstan in 9 months of this year increased by more than 3.2 times compared to the same period of last year ($9.9 million) - up to $32.8 million.
During the reporting period, Georgia re-exported 5,106 cars to Kyrgyzstan, which is more than a fourfold increase over the same period in 2021 (1,273).
Meanwhile, the total re-export of cars from Georgia from January through September 2022 increased by 74.8 percent compared to the same period in 2021 ($337.6 million) - up to $590.4 million.
