BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 28. Since the beginning of this year, diesel prices in Kyrgyzstan have increased, Trend reports citing the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the committee, as of November 25, 2022, the average price of diesel fuel in Kyrgyzstan was 75.8 soms ($0.89) per 1 liter, which is an increase of 30.3 percent compared to January 3, 2022 (58.2 soms, or $0.68).
During the reporting period, the highest prices for diesel fuel were recorded in Kyrgyzstan's Isfana - 79.9 soms ($0.94) and Batken city - 78.5 soms ($0.93) per 1 liter.
Meanwhile, the lowest prices as of November 25 were registered in Talas at 71.1 soms ($0.84) and Kara-Balta city - at 74.7 soms ($0.88).
As of November 28, 2022 the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan is 84,43 KGS /1 USD.
