BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 13. Kyrgyzstan's trade turnover from January through April 2023 amounted to $3.9 billion, showing a 25.5-percent increase year-on-year, Trend reports.
The data from the country's statistical committee reveals that export deliveries increased by 18.9 percent, while imports grew by 26.8 percent.
The volume of mutual trade with member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in January-April 2023 amounted to $1.1 billion, experiencing a 7.6=percent decrease compared the same period of 2022. However, export deliveries increased by 9 percent, while imports declined by 12.9 percent.
In terms of mutual trade, the main share of Kyrgyzstan's trade with EAEU member states in the reporting period of 2022 fell on Russia (62.3 percent) and Kazakhstan (35.1 percent).
