BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, February 15. The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved a list of 128 industrial, agricultural, energy, mining, and pharmaceutical enterprises that will be launched in 2025, Trend reports.

The cabinet emphasized that the implementation of these projects is a key factor in stimulating economic growth and enhancing the country's investment attractiveness.

Bakyt Sydykov, Minister of Economy and Commerce, stated during the cabinet meeting that each project is assigned a government body that will oversee its implementation, ensuring effective monitoring and coordination.

Furthermore, the cabinet approved a document aimed at increasing women's access to financial resources. This initiative will be implemented under the Women's Entrepreneurship Development Project, supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The project aims to support women entrepreneurs, create new jobs, and expand economic opportunities for women in Kyrgyzstan.

To note, the total value of industrial production in Kyrgyzstan exceeded 585 billion soms ($6.6 billion) in 2024, which is 5.5 percent more than in 2023.
