BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, February 18. The project for the public-private partnership to develop Kyrgyzstan's domestic railway network, Trans-Eurasian Route, will involve the company All American Rail Group (AARG), Trend reports.
The Cabinet of the Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved the project, with the state partner being the Kyrgyz Railways National Company under the Ministry of Transport of Kyrgyzstan.
The National Investment Agency has been tasked with signing the public-private partnership agreement with AARG. After the agreement is signed, the parties will begin detailed project development, including financial aspects. The implementation of the resolution will be monitored by the Presidential and Cabinet Decisions Implementation Control Department.
All American Rail Group was established in November 2022 and is made up of global companies specializing in railway design, engineering, construction, and management. AARG possesses the financial resources and intellectual expertise necessary to compete in large-scale railway projects worldwide.
