BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 2. Today, the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmont put into operation a plant for the production of mineral fertilizers in the Khatlon region, Trend reports citing the Tajik president's press service.
The new plant of TALCO Chemical LLC in Khatlon's Yovon district will produce nitrogen and phosphorous fertilizers, with a production capacity of 200 tons of mineral fertilizers per day, and 75,000 tons annually.
As reported, Rahmon, expressed his gratitude to the management of TALCO Chemical for establishing a new production enterprise and providing permanent jobs and gave useful advice and recommendations to further increase the production capacity.
TALCO Chemical was established in 2016 and specializes in the production of chemical products, including sulfuric acid. Since 2017, the TALCO Chemical company began to supply its products to the Tajik aluminum enterprise and export it to Russia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
