The law “On industrial safety of hazardous production facilities” entered into force in Turkmenistan, the country’s government said in a message.
The document defines the legal, economic and social framework for ensuring safe exploitation of hazardous production facilities.
The law is particularly aimed at prevention of accidents, ensuring preparedness of organizations, which operate similar facilities, prompt localization and liquidation of consequences of possible incidents.
