A plant for production of food packaging has opened in Turkmenistan, Turkmen media reported.
Reportedly, the manufactured containers for packaging of ketchup, mayonnaise, dairy and other products are in high demand among local manufacturers.
Guvanch Nurmyradov, the head of the new plant, said that it is equipped with modern Turkish equipment and can produce packaging of various sizes and purposes, including 20-liter containers and plastic containers for fruits.
The Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries provides uninterrupted supply of polypropylene for the production of packaging. The company's executive staff plans to expand the range of products and gain a foothold in the Turkish market of food packaging in the near future.
