BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 11. The total amount of transactions at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan amounted to about $24.3 million last week, Trend reports via “Business Turkmenistan” news agency.
Entrepreneurs from UAE and Turkey purchased gasoline produced by the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TCOR) and representatives of business communities from Turkey, Bulgaria, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased liquefied gas.
Businessmen from the Russia purchased smooth-dyed and jacquard terry products, as well as cotton yarn on the stock exchange.
Entrepreneurs from Turkmenistan for the local market purchased polypropylene, petroleum coke, high-density polyethylene, as well as handmade carpets for a total amount of about 45.5 million Turkmen manat ($13 million).
A total of 63 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
