BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. The Ministry of Trade of Turkey has revealed the cost of projects implemented by Turkish contractors in Turkmenistan in the period from 1972 to 2022, Trend reports citing the Business Turkmenistan news agency.
During this time, Turkish companies have implemented projects in Turkmenistan worth $49.9 billion.
Turkmenistan ranks second in the market for Turkish contractors after Russia, where construction firms have implemented projects worth about $95.3 billion.
Turkish companies have implemented over 11,200 projects in 113 countries between 1972 through April 2022. The amount of contracts amounted to $457.6 billion.
Furthermore, Turkish companies are successfully implementing projects in Turkmenistan in the field of trade, investment, construction, energy, transport, textile and processing industries.
