BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 19. The volume of sheep wool imports from Turkmenistan to the Ulyanovsk region of Russia from January through July 2022 has been published, Trend reports via the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.
According to the service, during this period Turkmenistan exported 707.5 tons of sheep wool to the Russian region.
Furthermore, 118 tons of sheep wool were exported from Turkmenistan to the Ulyanovsk region in July.
According to the results of inspections of wool imported from Turkmenistan, compliance of vehicles supervised cargo and accompanying documents with the veterinary requirements of the Russian Federation was established.
