BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 15. The municipality of the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, exceeded the plan for the work carried out and the development of investments from January through September 2022, Trend reports with reference to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
This was announced by the head of the city of Ashgabat Rahim Gandymov at an expanded meeting of the government.
According to him, during the reporting period, self–supporting enterprises and institutions subordinate to the city municipality exceeded the plan for the work carried out by 15.8 percent, and for the development of investments - by 1.9 percent.
Furthermore, Gandymov noted that during the current year, only in the Buzmeyin district of the capital, center for repair and maintenance of power equipment and fifteen 4-storey 32-apartment residential buildings were put into operation.
The meeting summed up the results of the government's work in the economic sphere for 9 months of 2022, assessed the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers, identified priority tasks for the social and economic development of Turkmenistan, and considered a number of other issues.
