BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 26. Turkmenistan increased exports of plant products to the EU countries from January through October 2022, Trend reports with reference to Eurostat.
According to the information, during this period Turkmenistan exported over 1,110 tons of vegetable products to the EU countries, which is 44.8 percent higher than in the first 10 months of 2021 (759.6 tons).
In value terms, Turkmenistan exported vegetable products worth over 4.21 million euros to the EU countries, which is 73.2 percent more than from January through October 2021 (2.43 million euros).
Meanwhile, the trade turnover between Turkmenistan and the EU countries amounted to 816.94 million euros in the first 10 months of 2022.
