Turkmen Logistics and CILT Central Asia discuss prospects of joint co-op for 2023

BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 8. Turkmen Logistics Association and the Representative Office of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Central Asia (CILT Central Asia) held a working videoconference to discuss the prospects of joint cooperation for 2023, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.

During the conference, Deputy Chairman of Turkmen Logistics Rustam Seyidov and Secretary General of CILT Central Asia Yerbol Mukhaev exchanged views on planning joint events for 2023, organizing training programs of CILT Central Asia and the participation of representatives of the member companies of the association.

At the same time, the parties considered the issue of participation in the conference "International transport and transit corridors: interconnection and development - 2023", which is scheduled to be held in the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, on May 3 through 4.

Following the results of the working meeting, a draft of a joint action plan of CILT Central Asia and the Turkmen Logistics Association for 2023 was agreed upon, the implementation of which will be carried out through the support of the USAID trade program in Central Asia, and the signing of a trilateral document will be carried out in the near future.

Turkmen Logistics Association is a non-profit public association based on voluntary membership of legal entities and individuals, whose activities are aimed at protecting the rights and common interests of members of the association, coordinating their efforts to expand business activity in the forwarding and logistics services market.
