BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 6. The revenues of Turkmenistan's state budget exceeded the initial forecast from January through August 2022 by 6.3 percent, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.
This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Turkmenistan Hojamyrat Geldimyradov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to him, the expenditure part of the state budget was fulfilled by 97.1 percent, and the volume of disbursed investments at the expense of all sources of financing increased by 9.1 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
Furthermore, he noted that salaries at large and medium-sized enterprises, the average monthly salary increased by 9.7 percent in comparison with the first 2 months of last year.
Large investments are being made in the formation of modern industrial infrastructure in Turkmenistan, which contributes both to the comprehensive development of the regions and to the economic prosperity of the country as a whole.
