BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 31. A new park and 23 modern nine-storey houses with landscaping of the adjacent territory, utilities and roads will be built in the Parakhat-7 microdistrict located in the capital of Turkmenistan Ashgabat, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.
The corresponding Decree was signed by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, allowing the Ashgabat city municipality to conclude additional agreements to contracts for design and construction with the improvement of the adjacent territory of these residential buildings and the park.
The document was signed in order to implement the Decree of April 11, 2019 "On the construction of modern residential buildings and a park in the city of Ashgabat".
Meanwhile, at the expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on summing up the results of last year, held in February this year, the head of state stressed that 23 residential buildings will be built and commissioned in the Parakhat-7 microdistrict until this year.
